A nurse-led infusion service in Geelong that administers what you prescribe, documents what we do, and reports back after every visit.
Fjör administers iron, intralipid, vitamin and other prescribed infusions under patient-specific authorisation from the referring practitioner, and provides IV hydration without referral. If a medicine can be validly prescribed and safely given by IV within registered nursing scope, we can administer it. Clinical governance is built around the hospital infusion-unit model: verified identity and medication before every administration, nursing observation throughout, documented records, and correspondence back to you.
A summary of each visit: what was administered, observations, any reactions, and aftercare provided. Sent to the correspondence address on your referral.
