Fjör administers iron and intralipid infusions under patient-specific authorisation from the referring practitioner, and provides IV hydration without referral. Clinical governance is built around the hospital infusion-unit model: verified identity and medication before every administration, nursing observation throughout, documented records, and correspondence back to you.
