Our services
Fjör provides nurse-administered infusion services. Iron, intralipid, vitamin and other prescribed infusions are only administered with a valid prescription or written authorisation from a medical practitioner, and you must bring your pharmacy-dispensed medication with you, in its original packaging with the dispensing label intact. IV hydration does not require a referral. Every appointment includes a nursing suitability check, and treatment may be postponed or declined if it is not clinically appropriate on the day or if required documentation is missing.
Bookings and payment
Every booking is a request until we confirm it, which we do by text, email or phone within 48 hours. Payment secures your appointment and is due before your visit via the secure link we send, or in clinic by card.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, are not refunded. If we ever need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you a full refund or a priority reschedule. If your circumstances have changed unexpectedly, please talk to us; we handle sensitive cancellations with care.
Fees
Our fees cover administration of your infusion: the nursing assessment, cannulation, the infusion itself, monitoring, and aftercare guidance. Your medication is dispensed and charged separately by your pharmacy. Introductory fees apply while we welcome our first patients and current fees are shown on each service page.
